30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your AcreWorks Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both monthly and annual plans, on your initial purchase.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all AcreWorks orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@acreworks.com and we'll help you through the process.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Renewals
Pro subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through paddle.net or your AcreWorks account to prevent the next renewal — when you cancel, you keep Pro access through the end of the current billing period.
For accidental renewals where the Service has not been used during the new billing period, contact us within 30 days of the renewal charge and we'll work with Paddle to issue a refund.
